The Engineering Technology Research Institute of Dejian Group has more than 20 full-time and part-time R&D personnel with master's degrees or above, including BIM Technology Center, Prefabricated Building Research Institute, Prefabricated Pipe Gallery Research Institute, EPC General Contracting Management Department, Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Department, and Comprehensive Office.
The Engineering Technology Research Institute is the technical support base for the prefabricated construction industry park of the group company, the BIM technology comprehensive application implementation center, the external window for scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation, the link for promoting scientific research school enterprise cooperation, and the training base for high-end technical talents.
The Engineering Technology Research Institute is mainly engaged in the implementation of scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation, construction technology research and development, prefabricated building design, construction technology research and development, BIM technology promotion and application implementation and related management consulting services, and research on prefabricated pipe gallery engineering design and construction technology.
The work being carried out by the Engineering Technology Research Institute includes: standardized design of prefabricated buildings; Innovative development of prefabricated concrete buildings, prefabricated steel structure buildings, and steel-concrete structural systems; Conduct research and practice on the EPC general contracting management model for the entire industry chain of standardized design, factory production, information management, and prefabricated construction; Research on key construction techniques for prefabricated building sites, lifting of prefabricated components, and related verification work; Design of prefabricated component factory molds (platforms); Promotion and implementation of BIM technology in the group company, simulation and video display of on-site construction processes for prefabricated buildings, and 3D BIM design for integrated decoration of prefabricated buildings.
The Dejian Group Technology Center was established in 2006 and upgraded to a provincial-level enterprise technology center in 2009. It has 86 research and development personnel, including 41 senior high school level scientific and technological personnel, accounting for 48% of the total. It has the ability to undertake internal research and development of special projects, external acceptance of related engineering and technical project testing, and related engineering and technical business consulting capabilities.
The Technology Center regularly selects some young and promising scientific and technological personnel to receive targeted training and education at colleges and universities. Based on the center's research topics, experts and professors from relevant universities are invited to give lectures at the company from time to time. The center has established cooperative relationships with multiple universities and research institutions, including Shandong Jianzhu University, Qingdao University of Technology, Shandong Agricultural University, MCC Architectural Research and Design Institute, and Shandong Academy of Building Science. Through long-term construction and improvement, the technology center has equipped scientific and technological personnel, provided software and hardware supporting conditions, integrated industry university research, introduced and digested new technologies, materials, and processes, undertaken related business consulting services, and achieved research results in recent years. In recent years, it has successively obtained hundreds of national patents, construction methods, and QC achievements.
The Engineering Research Center has more than 30 senior technical support personnel and graduate students in various majors, providing technical support and services for the research and development, design, production and processing, construction and assembly integration application of the prefabricated building industry of the group company. The Engineering Research Center adopts an organizational structure model that closely integrates production, academia, and research. It highly integrates research, development, and production and operation activities, focusing on the research, development, and experimentation of prefabricated building components and new technologies for on-site construction assembly. It strengthens the transformation of prefabricated building technology achievements and provides reliable support in talent and technology for the industrial upgrading and transformation of the group company.
The main tasks of the Prefabricated Building Integrated Application Engineering Research Center of Dejian Group include: relying on the comprehensive laboratory of the group company's prefabricated building industrial park to carry out independent innovation and research and development of prefabricated building structural systems and components, new technologies, and new processes, introducing advanced technologies and achievements of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad for digestion, absorption, and innovation, carrying out industry university research cooperation and exchange in prefabricated building integrated applications, cultivating and introducing prefabricated building engineering technology research and development, industrialization support talents, designing and developing supporting process equipment, molds, and platforms for factory production and processing, and researching and developing components for vibration reduction and isolation support. At the same time, leveraging the Group's Class A qualification and technical talent advantages in the construction engineering design industry, we can provide the society with in-depth design of prefabricated construction drawings, research on prefabricated construction technology, and technical consulting services.
