On July 10, Shandong Hi-speed Dejian Group held its semi-annual conference. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the achievements and shortcomings of the work in the first half of the year, deployed tasks for the second half, and called for all employees to further emancipate their minds, innovate, unite in purpose, and work together to ensure the full completion of all targets and tasks of the year. More than 50 attendees included shareholder representatives, all senior executives of Hi-speed Dejian, heads of headquarters departments, and branch company leaders.

At the conference, Zhuang Yanchen, director of the Board, and General Manager of Shandong Hi-speed Resources Group, and Wang Xiangtao, Vice Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of Dejian Holdings, delivered speeches as shareholder representatives. Zhao Jianqiang, Chairman of Hi-speed Dejian, also addressed the conference. Xia Kai, General Manager, presented the report on construction and marketing for the first half of the year. The meeting was presided over by Tian Chongshi, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors.

Eight members of the managerial team delivered work summaries, conducting in-depth analyses of the current situations and tasks, and planning the key work for the next stage. General managers from four subsidiary and branch company representatives delivered work reports, providing a comprehensive summary of the achievements and deficiencies in the first half of the year, along with thorough analysis and plans for the second half. Through exchanges and discussions, participants reviewed progress against the annual targets and tasks, to further clarify the direction, identify gaps, summarize experiences, and formulate countermeasures.

In his speech, Zhuang Yanchen pointed out that all leaders and employees of Hi-speed Dejian had exerted arduous efforts as faced challenges in the first half of the year, and achieved results in various aspects. He expressed confidence that, with the strong support of both shareholders and the correct leadership of the Company's Board of Directors, the company could successfully complete the main annual targets and tasks. Meanwhile, he put forward five requirements for the Company's development in the second half of the year: First, objectively analyze the situation to further enhance strategic resolve; Second, adhere to the principle of 'projects in priority' to further improve market operations; Third, uphold 'revenue as the foundation of the enterprise' to further forge competitive advantages; Fourth, hold the safety bottom line to further strengthen risk prevention and control.

In his speech, Wang Xiangtao noted that despite the impact of various adverse factors, Hi-speed Dejian had maintained strategic focus, continued stable operations and sound development, and achieved counter-trend growth in the value of newly signed contracts in the first half of the year. This fully demonstrates that the leaders and employees of Hi-speed Dejian are a team capable of taking on tough challenges. Meanwhile, he proposed four suggestions for Hi-speed Dejian's next development steps: First, practice the 'Going Global' strategy; Second, work solidly and diligently on projects; Third, enhance the level of team building; Fourth, strengthen the supply chain system.

In his address, Zhao Jianqiang emphasized that all leaders and employees had closely focused on the annual targets and key tasks with the goal of high-quality development, and forged ahead with determination, achieving exciting results in various tasks. In the second half of the year, he urged everyone to maintain vigilance and drive for progress amidst challenges, enhance the sense of crisis and urgency for development; maintain confidence, and consolidate centripetal and cohesive force for striving and advancing; strictly abide by red lines and bottom lines to the safety and protection for steady and sustained progress. He called for unremitting efforts to fully complete the company's annual targets and tasks and vigorously compose a new chapter in the company's high-quality development.

In his work report, Xia Kai stated that in the first half of the year, all leaders and employees had strived hard, stabilizing the fundamentals, with key tasks achieving new results. For the second half of the year, he emphasized focusing on six key areas: First, successfully complete the annual targets and tasks; Second, make every effort to enhance the effectiveness of market operations; Third, comprehensively improve contract fulfillment and value creation capabilities; Fourth, effectively enhance the quality and efficiency; Fifth, optimize financial management, fund operations, and risk control; Sixth, stimulate the vitality of the talent team and organization, working together to create a new phase of high-quality development for Hi-speed Dejian.
