The President of Guyana attends the commissioning ceremony of the teaching building of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Guyana, which was constructed by Shandong Hi-speed Dejian Group.

On April 1st local time, the teaching building project of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Guyana, undertaken by Shandong Hi-speed Dejian Group, was successfully delivered. Guyana President Mohamed Irfaan Ali attended the ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. Government officials including Minister of Education, Minister of Health and Minister of finance of Guyana, as well as the World Bank's Regional Head for Latin America and the Caribbean, James Savidela, and the President of the University of Guyana, Palomar Mohamed Martin, attended the event.
